I get asked always how many times do I hit my legs? The answer is twice a week as it’s the biggest muscle group you have and is where overall where most of your body’s power comes from. Also having nice legs makes your physique balanced and aesthetic. Today in this workout I’m focusing on contracting and building my legs with controlled movements.
1. Seated Leg Extensions > 5 sets x 12 reps
2. Squats (Slow Controlled) > 5 sets x 15 reps
3. Leg Curl Machine > 5 sets x 12 reps
4. Tip Toe Squat Calf Raises (With Kettle Bell) > 5 sets x 15 reps
5. Standing Single Calf Raises (With Kettle Bell) > 4 sets x 15 reps
6. Landmine Squats > 5 sets x 15 reps
7. Single Leg Extensions > 5 sets x 20 reps
Always remember that the more work you put into your workouts, the more you will get out of it so be sure to make your time invested, sets and repetitions count!

HEAVY Arm Day 💪🏻 Workout
The most important factor for building your arms is mixing it up. I implement one heavy arm day workout once a week to spike growth and enhance on areas needing attention. Today’s workout focused on building mass. Below is the arm workout routine I did today:
1. Barbell Curls > 4 sets x 8 reps
2. Hammer Curls > 4 sets x 10 reps
3. Wrist/Forearm Roller > 5 sets x 3 reps
4. Preacher Curl Machine > 5 sets x 10 reps
5. V Grip Tricep Extensions > 4 sets x 10 reps
6. Single Arm Tricep Extensions > 3 sets x 12 reps
7. Weighted Dips > 4 sets x 10 reps
8. Dips Until Failure > 3 sets x Max Reps

There’s no other moment more important more perfect than right now. Not in a week, after your promotion, in thirty years, when you plan to retire in order to relax. Right now. See we have this mentality that the future means more than the present. That if we suffer or unhappy now we will save it for a later time in life.
The reality is that we don’t get younger. Yes we should be working hard, absolutely. Success comes from effort, hard work, dedication and persistence. The key is allocate your precious time to the work, to the things that make you feel like today is powerful. That right now is so amazing you don’t want it to end. Today is when you should take the first step towards the things you want. Who you want you to become and have in this life.
Ultimately no one is going to keep or hold you back from attaining any of these achievements but yourself. #earnit ...
