Today was a good day😊 did anyone get a chance to snag some items from the gymshark sale ??? I definitely grabbed a few Christmas gifts 😈 and maybe one thing for myself hehe. Also had a really good workout today, I felt super strong! I was lifting at a weight that I didn’t know was doable for myself and it felt sooo good, hard work is definitely paying off, I’m continuing to push myself every week and aiming to increase my weight to build on muscle mass 💪🏽 ...

1️⃣ Lateral tap to posterior tap: Three sets of 10-12 reps on each side. Keep the tempo fast to kick the heart rate up
2️⃣ Bear 🐻 lateral step: Three sets of 10-12 reps on each side
3️⃣ Clam shell abduction: Three sets of 10-12 reps on each side
4️⃣ Plank single arm tap: Three sets of 10 reps on each side
