Is happiness a goal, or a state?
How many times have you convinced yourself that when you finally __________, you'll be happy? And how long did that last?
Allow me to suggest to you that happiness is a state that's not outcome dependent.
And if it's not outcome dependent, you can have it now.
In essence, do your states control you, or do you control your states?
Because excellent results require excellent states.
Do you know how to access excellent states within yourself? Has anyone ever taught you HOW?
Are you willing to stop arguing for your limitations and learn new things?
Or, are you content building a personal identity around a label?

What have you tied yourself to? ⠀
All those knots keep you from having a renewed vision. Untie yourself.⠀
There are times when the pull of something more takes us away from the something now. Come back to it. Come back to yourself.
Your daily ritual informs your daily practice. How can we get closer to our purpose of living a legacy?
Write. Meditate. Walk. Breathe. Sweat. Challenge. Cry. Scream. .
Take that moment today to think of yourself and lean in to what you need—for healing, for loving, for learning, for living truly and deeply. .

But, REAL TALK. Today I’m opening up my Body Confidence Coaching to the world, and I’m pretty darn excited to help guide some badass humans to a brighter way of living. For those who don’t know, I’m a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who is on a mission to make this world a better place one body loving babe at a time.
I spent too much of my life starving, binging, yo yo dieting, and obsessing about my appearance. Nights spent home devouring ice cream, a bottle of wine, and all the greasy chips. Mornings followed with immense guilt, self hate, and starvation. Only leading to repeat the cycle just a few days later.
Maybe you weren’t a binger like me, but you still find yourself thinking about your weight. Consistently (and casually) talking about your appearance to your friends, looking in the mirror picking out your “flaws”, or legit a calorie counter. Whatever it is, I’ve either been there, or I just FEEL you girl. I get it. I really do.
So here’s the deal. When we stop obsessing about our appearance we start obsessing about our passions. We create healthy relationships, welcome in positivity, and begin living with purpose. Things just get better!
