Sushi is a Japanese dish which is prepared with rice,seafood and vegetables and is accompanied with pickled ginger,soy sauce and wasabi. People generally think that sushi means rice with raw fish which is absolutely wrong many types of sushi has cooked seafood and even vegetables!
Yes vegetarian sushi does exist, there weren't many options present earlier ofcourse but now when many people are turning vegetarian/vegan so many restaurants are coming up with more vegetarian sushis.
Kudos to team @yumyumchaindia they've blessed us with these yummy vegetarian sushis.

Pesto Pasta on the go🚖 I made some sage pesto over the weekend and have been eating it non-stop🙋♀️ In my lunch container: lentil pasta, sage pesto and hemp seeds. So easy and so perfect✌️
DO IT: 1/3 cup walnuts, 1.5 to 2 cups packed basil, 8-12 whole sage leaves, 2 small garlic cloves, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1/2 medium avocado, 6 tbsp water, 3 tbsp lemon juice
