The fat loss faze has just begun 
Just finished being in a surplus for a long time and it’s time to drop body fat ! It’s going to be a slow process as I’m going to be in a minor deficit to retain as much lean muscle mass as I can. 
My new numbers are still relatively high due to my maintance calories being 3600 
My new numbers are 
My calories are 3,266
Protein:200 
Carbs:414 
Fats: 90
And the goal is now to do a body building comp in 20 weeks with the guidance of @liamgobbo_ptfit  and @peter_cejka I can’t wait 🙌

Friday night at the bar - Deficit deadlifts 4x5 at around 60% of my 1RM.  To get better at conventional deadlifts is to do more deadlifts.  I rotate deficit and pause dead’s every week.  Pulling from a plate or two will help engage your hamstrings and glutes so your not pulling with your back what most people do..

Worked up to 300 on deficit and did some back offs 3x4 at 250 (my thumbs almost fell off 😭😭) I also did some squats right after followed by accessories for za legs! Lifts have been feeling solid af lately! Thank you to coach @papin_powerlifts for everything he does for me 🥰 .

- Deficit deadlift PR double (160kg). Missed the triple after feeling something tighten in my back, dropped it and hit 140kg for 5 with a couple more in the tank. Then hit squats (5x5@112.5kg) and back/hamstring work. Then did a 280kg dead, followed by a 310kg block pull and 230kg x 3 deficit pull. 
Been a while since I’ve pulled anything Half decent and feels like it’s coming back now.
