Pav bhaji thi yeh thi zabardast
Lag rahi hai na yeh bahut mast !?😍😍🥰.
After eating the Pavbhaji at Maruti Pavbhaji ( which I found okayish) the other night, littlefoodie asked my mom the next day ( we stayed overnight there)to make some ! And of course mom never refuses our demands! She got all fresh veggies from the market and made this ! And boy o boy this was so good I felt I have so much to learn ! .
While I use a couple of spoons of tomato paste to get the color, mom used beetroot water( not the beet - just the water in which beets are boiled) to get this gorgeous Pav Bhaji orange color!! Isn’t that cool ! Some people I know use a small piece of beetroot but if you are not careful the bhaji takes a reddish hue which I don’t like! .
We were discussing this at lunch and the littlefoodie was like “whatever- color me kya hai; taste should be good!” On point as usual😂😂🤣. I ate mine with brown bread( please don’t judge me😂🙊).

This bhaji is not Vegan ( look at the butter ) but it’s gluten-free !! It can be Vegan if you don’t use butter !
