When you decide to finally take the “risk” and start your business, it feels good because you’re at the beginning.
You have no clue the sleepless nights because you may not have the money for rent.
You’ve been wearing the one good outfit for a year because all your money goes into development.
You have to explain to your partner that it will all be better one day when you finally start making money and can afford nice dinners and trips (and time off).
And when Waking up at 6am is considered sleeping in.
This is the roller coaster and in the middle is where we experience all the perceived “risk”.
The real risk is getting off.
The real risk is going back to work at a job that causes depression.
I’ve yet to see somebody go all into a dream...and I mean all in, not partially in...
And not achieve it.
Get on and hang on until the end.

Olympic weightlifting, often simply referred to as weightlifting, is an athletic discipline in the modern Olympic programme in which the athlete attempts a maximum-weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates. The two competition lifts in order are the snatch and the clean and jerk. The snatch is a wide grip one move lift. The Clean and Jerk is a close grip two move lift.
In comparison with other strength sports, which test limit strength (with or without lifting aids), weightlifting tests aspects of human ballistic limits (explosive strength); the lifts are therefore executed faster—and with more mobility and a greater range of motion during their execution—than other strength movements. Properly executed, the snatch and the clean and jerk are both dynamic and explosive while appearing graceful, especially when viewed from a recording at a slowed speed.
