Shampoo doesn’t have to come in eco-unfriendly plastic bottles – it comes in bar form, too. If you think a humble bar of soap couldn't possibly work up a lather, you are wrong. Enriched with coconut oil, shea butter, essential oils and all sorts of hair-and skin-pampering goodies, our shampoo and body bars are blissful to the touch, easy on the nose and kind to the planet. Most importantly, they are free of all the no-nos – the parabens, the sulphates, the artificial fragrances and colours, and the nasty multisyllabic preservatives nobody can pronounce.
Oh, and did we mention, they’re easy on the pocket, too? They last for ages. Do the maths. Swap your bottles for our bars, and everyone’s a winner-including every silky-smooth, squeaky clean hair on your mindful, savvy head, and every centimetre of skin on your grateful chemical-free body!
We’re open daily from 10am till 7pm so head down to Tanglin Mall to grab some preservatives free shampoo bars today! 🛒 ...

I’m moving to the Wales 🏴
for my MSc in Sustainability & Adaptation Planning at CAT. I am SO EXCITED!
Ofc I’m moving via public transport 🚃. These are all my belongings, uuugh if only warm cloths didn’t take up sooo much space, I hate carrying more than a backpack (yet another benefits of public transport: no paying for luggage) 😅💔
But before Wales, a spontaneous little detour to Scotlaaaaand for an exciting project and seeing my pals 💙See you there 🏴 #slowtravel ...
♻️4 EASY WAYS TO REDUCE WASTE BY @davidclearyveganpt ♻️
What are your favourite ways to reduce waste? Let me know below ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
🚮As I'm sure everyone is aware of, we are generating an unsustainable amount of waste, especially plastics. Most of the plastic we use is single use and then discarded, but luckily there are ways to avoid or reduce it. Here are 4 easy ways.
🍵Use a refillable water bottle and coffee cup and bring it with you. No more plastic bottles or coffee cups. Will save you money too on water and often coffee shops provide discounts when you use a refillable coffee cup.🥛
Buy plastic free fruit & veggies when possible! More & more stores are offering this and the more people use this the more retailers will prioritize this. Also bringing a reusable bag for shopping & avoid plastic bags! Thankfully that is quite common in the UK & Ireland as plastic bags are taxed. Tag supermarkets below to encourage them to take action!
Any more tips? Let me and everyone else know below ⬇️⬇️⬇️ ...
Have you pledged to be flight-free (at least) for a year?
1) We are at a critical point right now, where we need to save all emissions possible!! If there is a time to do it, it’s NOW.
2) Quitting flying is a strong political message - esp. when done in a collective! We accept behavioural change/ restriction in times of Climate Crisis. It’s not always easy but we focus on what’s ecologically necessary!
3) One year, that’s the least we can do. It’s not compared to our long lifespans, but enough to rethink our established behaviours.
4) It’ll dramatically increase demand for accessible public transport, which democratic systems need to respond to!
