When one of your lifelong friends is packing up her house to move and she finds your FIRST BUSINESS CARD.
All I wanted was $500 a month.
That's all I wanted to make... an extra $500 a month. I had no idea that it would be the COMMUNITY that really lit my heart on fire. A COMMUNITY of believers, doers, and dreamers... they remind me that anything is possible with hard work.
Tired of not dreaming? Need $500 a month? Need a COMMUNITY of positive people that cheer you on?
Your destiny is on the other side of your fear.
You could say WHAT IF... or you could do it.
I'd love to help you... that's my heart... helping people get great skin or helping them grow - their confidence, their finances, their friendships - with a business.
PM me... it's time.

Please enough with fear mongering when it comes to aspartame.
A few diet drinks every now and then won’t kill you, I promise you.
Research is clear that 40mg/kg is deemed safe which is about 15-16 cans a day, somewhere round that mark
Most fearful studies came from rat studies, even most gut scares come from rat studies... guess what we NOT rats
There’s strong human evidence that clearly states aspartame is not linked to cancer, so chill out.
There’s strong evidence showing people that included diet sodas in their diet helped them adhere to their diet and promote weight loss which in turn less body fat results in better health
A certain amount of people that have rare condition PKU should stay away from it as it could pose a threat due to the lack of enzyme to metabolize the amino acid phenylalanine
If diet sodas are going to help you along to your weight loss goals and are consumed as part of a balanced diet then go head and enjoy them.
Moderation and context is key. If you want to have a diet soda for lunch or dinner, go ahead and enjoy, it’s totally fine.
If diet drinks are going to help stop your cravings for something of a larger caloric amount that could get in the way of your weight loss goals and sabotage your efforts, well then go ahead and have one.
Don't let the media scare you and believe everything you read and hear that certain foods or drinks are evil and will kill you, lets not get caught into the fear mongering traps which is what truly kills people today ...
I keep re-reading this because it is so so true and it’s the reminder we need from time to time to live wholeheartedly.
It’s okay to feel scared before stepping out of our comfort zone, before saying “I love you” first, before taking a leap of faith, before taking a risk, before leaving something familiar to go after our dreams. It’s uncomfortable and scary. But sometimes it is that discomfort that can be our compass toward growth, and even though it’s okay to feel scared we shouldn’t let fear paralyze us and make us stay where we are out of fear that we’ll get hurt or that things won’t go the way we expect. The daring way is the way through if we don’t want to sit in our comfort zone wondering what if. What would you do if you weren’t scared? Where would you go?
The pain you know and the scars you have may be all too familiar, but they can’t be applied to the future when every moment is unknown. We just don’t know what’s going to happen.
And as terrifying as that may sound, I think it’s exactly the reason why we should keep stepping forward and showing up.

The Bible says, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” Today, I challenge you to steward the gift that God has given you. ...
See I let the light in the darkest place
Let the sun shine, pain goes away
Nothing is permanent for me
Flowers, they bloom and fade away
The beauty, it happened inside of me
Even if it's a memory. @pink#courage I’ve been listening to this song on repeat. Currently learning the lesson of cleaning out toxic memories, people, emotions, etc. yes I’ve done this before ( SO many times). Usually this work is painful and difficult. But this time around, i feel very much empowered, free, and relieved. I’ve been making decisions for myself based on how they make me feel. I’ve never done this before and realized most of us don’t. Normally I’m worried about what other people think; more so how my decisions will affect them. But recently I realized worrying about them puts my needs on the back burner and keeps me stuck in these unhealthy cycles.
Regardless of the role a person plays in your life, if they make you unhappy, sad, angry and unhopeful then maybe it’s time to move on? This doesn’t need to be communicated. It needs to be accepted by you. Make sure you feel the feelings with this new found decision. Within a few days you will have a strong sense of knowing you did the right thing. Empowerment will come from this. Just make sure you genuinely feel you’ve tried everything. Life is meant for us to learn, grow, and be happy. We’re in charge of this, no one else. So, do what you feel is best and the lessons you’re supposed to learn will somehow be learned so you can move on.
Have a great week! #angels#messagesfromabove#life#lessons#lessonsinfear#fear#control#happiness ...
