seid ihr gut in die neue Woche gestartet? Ich starte mit dem nächsten #panini #foodporn in die Woche und habe heute mal ne geile #vegetarische #foodporn Variante.😍 Für diese Kreation benötigt ihr ordentlich #champignons und besonders die Freunde von Pilzen kommen damit auf ihre Kosten.😉🍄 Das Champignons ordentlich Eiweiß für ein Gemüse am Start haben ist dazu ja nicht von Nachteil und sorgt für mehr als ordentliche Makronährstoffe. Für das #panini braucht ihr:
➡️100g Champignons, 125 Light-Mozzarella, 1 Tomate, frische Petersilie, Salz&Pfeffer, 1/2 Zwiebel, 5ml Olivenöl ➡️ Die Champignons zusammen mit der halben Zwiebel, ein wenig Olivenöl, Salz&Pfeffer und natürlich der frischen Petersilie anbraten und die Masse dann auf das Panini geben.😍 ➡️ Dann Mozzarella und Tomate in Scheiben schneiden und auf das Panini geben.
➡️ Alles auf den Kontaktgrill oder in den Ofen geben und Abfahrt.😁
So damit solltet ihr alle Infos haben. Für mich geht es jetzt noch ne Runde ins Gym oder Laufen.🤔 Euch auf jeden Fall nen entspannten Abend Leute.✌

Happy Monday friends! I hope you all had a great weekend and are ready for a great week! Well spring break is over and it’s back to the school grind! I just got done volunteering this morning, I’m off to class in a bit then work later! Enjoy your day friends! ❤️

Powering through the first day back with a big bowl of CAULIOATS! I made these with riced cauliflower, chia seeds, flax seeds and @onedegreeorganics oats, mixed in cinnamon & @livwell_nutrition vanilla protein topped with a honey crisp apple, pecans, @traderjoes mixed nut butter & @freshjax maple cinnamon seasoning 🍎.

Good morning! The kids went back to school today after a long week off for spring break so I had a little extra time on my hands to make a more elaborate breakfast. It’s been way too long since I’ve made this combo. Two fried eggs with sweet potato, mushrooms and spinach all cooked in avocado oil and half an avocado with hemp seeds. This could be made quickly if you have pre-cooked frozen sweet potato cubes on hand (can be found near frozen veggies at the grocery store) or in this case I peeled and diced half a large sweet potato and placed in microwave for 1 minute to pre-cook and then sautéed in just enough avocado oil to coat a heated pan tossing occasional until they begin to brown (about 8 minutes. Then throw in the mushrooms, cook for another 2-3 minutes and add the spinach in the end to let it wilt. Seasoned with salt and pepper. It was a nourishing and delicious #meatlessmonday meal!.
