Funktioniert für mich zb am besten aber das variiert stark ! Muss jeder für sich ausprobieren was für ihn selbst am besten funktioniert 😁 es gibt nicht DIE EINE Ernährungsform ! *

Hier stehen einfach komplexe Kohlenhydrate aka Reis, Kartoffeln, Hülsenfrüchte etc im Fokus ( in der regel 50% der Kalorien) . Aber auch gesunde fette wie Leinöl, Avocado, Nüsse etc sollen zugeführt werden ( muss man eben auf seine Kalorien anpassen, in der Regel 20% oder weniger = Fett - ABER bitte nie zu wenig zuführen! ) . Und Proteine eben 30% der Ernährung 😊
-> Vorteil : bessere Regeneration, mehr Energie, weniger Müdigkeit, bessere Performance mit carbs.

HEALTHY BISCUITS

1 1/4 c warm water
2 T active dry yeast
2 tsp honey
1 1/2 c unbleached white flour
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 c turbinado sugar
1/3 c vegetable oil

Mix together with warm water, yeast, and honey. Let bubble. Mix remaining ingredients except canola oil in a large bowl. When yeast mixture has bubbled, add yeast mixture and oil to the flour mixture. Mix well with spoon then with hand. Dough will be sticky. Roll out dough 3/4

Had a craving for Caesar Salad that I just couldn't kick...
That craving turned into this YUMMY in my TUMMY salad!👍🏻 I can't get enough of it 🤤🌽. Chicken & Grilled Corn Caesar Salad-

1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup grilled corn (typically one ear of corn)
3/4 cup baked chicken, thinly sliced
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
2 tbsp @bolthousefarms Caesar Parmigiano yogurt dressing
Hefty squeeze of fresh lemon
Fresh cracked black pepper 
Mix all ingredients together, let sit a few minutes and ENJOY!
