Many women shy away from the weight room in fear of looking “too manly” or “bulky”. While I’m not sure where this theory came from, I am certain that it IS a myth. Will you grow in size? Yes of course. Will your gender change? NO.
Ladies I’m here to tell you that stepping into the weight room (with the proper knowledge) will only positively impact your life.
1. It takes time to build noticeable mass
2. You will actually enhance your curves. Want the illusion of a smaller wasit? Instead of waist trainers and skinny teas you should invest in the weight room. By training your: Lats, Delts, Quads, and Glutes (to name just a few) you can actually create the illusion of a smaller waist
3. Lifting is empowering! To know that you can lift a certain amount of weight makes you feel unstoppable... like Wonder Woman... like a Dragon Slayer!
