When traveling someplace new what I loove checking out their local groceries 🤤 hehe.
I also won’t try a new restaurant unless I yelp it first!
I openly admit that I’m a noob when it comes to make-up.
I’m proud of my handwriting & won penmanship awards for it in school.
I have more workout clothes than ‘real’ clothes.
I’m passionate about what I do and nothing makes me happier than seeing people achieve results.
I have big dreams but at the end of a day.. just a girl who’s trying her best to enjoy life, grow and be happy one day at a time 💗

What are your 2020 goals?💕 I’m currently standing in front of our MyFit 2019 Goal Wall! One of the most motivational spots in our gym. So thankful for my amazing team for making a ton of these goals happen for our clients!💗
As for my workout: Recently I’ve been on a huge kick, where I focus on lowering weight, & perfecting my form. These particular workouts were made for core stability, while also strengthening the surrounding muscles of your backside! Lower back, hamstrings, glutes, waist, etc! Implement these movements into your leg day rest periods & you will feel the burn😏
