I woke up with a food baby, that is鈥 super bloated and uncomfortable.
In the past, that would have made me feel like crap all day. 
I know better now. I鈥檓 no less of my awesome self no matter the size of my body today, 5 years ago, or 5 years from now. 
Same goes for you.

Still, sometimes those uncomfortable physical feelings can drive urges to binge to numb the emotional reaction or to compensate and be restrictive to de-bloat and flatten that food baby.

STOP 馃洃 DO NOT PROCEED EITHER WAY.
They鈥檙e both mentally unhelpful; disordered.
Ideally, I鈥檇 just go back to eating how I normally do.

馃弳Well, kids...today was a WIN!
馃弮馃徑鈥嶁檧锔 I got in 30 minutes of cardio with a walk around the neighborhood after walking to an appointment.
馃 I鈥檝e eaten like a champ.
馃憗 I got my eyebrows done (self care)
馃悽 I FINALLY found an emerald green top to wear.....and BOY OH BOY did I wear it today.

Q: How did I lose all this weight? 
A: By making small, daily efforts. Repeatedly. By doing the helpful thing (taking a walk, choosing to use food for mainly just physical hunger instead of emotional hunger) more often than the unhelpful thing. 馃摵 Link in my bio for a(n) FAQ YouTube Video.

been a little busy with school at the moment but trying to stay consistent with the gym! 
it鈥檚 been tough but I find waking up early to workout has been so helpful...when I can drag myself out of bed that is. it鈥檚 usually pretty quiet so I don鈥檛 have to wait for a squat rack and I can start my day off right, it鈥檚 a win win 馃槈
