R E C I P E + T I P 🎄Just made these delicious Trio of Financiers (French almond based soft delicacies) for my Tuesday Bake Along 🎄 
I love to wrap biscuits in grease proof paper, which also gives them a rustic and homemade feel. It is great for little Christmas gifts, or when having people over for tea :) You can check my current stories to follow me along, or save that post with the recipe below 💛.

I N G R E D I E N T S:
- 120g of grounded almonds.
- 170g of caster sugar.
- 20g of plain flour.
- 70g of grounded hazelnuts.
- 70g of grounded pistachios.
- 2 large eggs.
- 110g of salted butter. .
M E T H O D.
1* Put the butter onto a pan, and cook it on medium heat for a few minutes, until it reaches a nice brown colour. Set aside.
2* In a bowl, mix the flour, almonds, sugar and the eggs. Mix well with a whisk. 
3* Add the butter and mix until everything blends together. Separate the mix into 3 bowls. 
4* Add the hazelnuts to one bowl and the pistachios to another bowl. Mix until all of the nuts are incorporated into the batter. 
5* Spread the batter onto mini moulds and bake for 15 to 17 min at 150C fan oven. 
Wrap and enjoy within a week 💛
