Red Spaghetti with Bell Pepper and Ginger Scent by @fuelorganics 💛 Recipe⠀
12 oz/320 gr red spaghetti⠀
1/2 red bell pepper⠀
1/2 green bell pepper⠀
1/2 orange bell pepper⠀
1/2 red onion⠀
1 small piece of ginger, finely sliced⠀
Oil, salt and pepper⠀
Boil the pasta according to instructions.⠀
Place the onion and the ginger in a pan with two spoons of oil and cook for few minutes, till the onion turns gold.⠀
Slice the bell peppers very finely and place them in the pan with the onion. Let to cook for about ten minutes till they turn soft. Add a bot of water if necessary.⠀
When the pasta is ready place it in the pan with the vegetables, add a spoon of oil (optional), salt and pepper at taste, stir gently and serve. Enjoy! #veganfoodspace ...
Good news - I can finally chew again! 🤣 Such a simple thing I used to take for granted but now appreciate so much. It’s crazy how true the phrase “you don’t know what you got til you get your wisdom teeth out” is (that’s the phrase, right?!).
