I’m number one.
Why would a person aim to be number one? Because no one remembers the person who came second. The world always remembers the best.
BUT here’s why:
👉Nature and society.
Wanting to be number one is because the combination of our nature of individuality and our social value. People don’t have to learn to compare, we just do; because majority of people are comparing to one another, thus the society holds the value that “One should always aim to be number one.”
But the actual truth is… Great people are usually number one because they #believe in something great, not because they want to be number one.

*******INFORMATION******* • This picture and video here is a chest press machine. Now you can manipulate this machine however you want. Wether you want to hit upper chest(what im currently doing in this post) middle chest or even lower. So if you want to hit upper chest on ANY chest press machine LISTEN UP. Where you position the seat has a HUGE effect on what part of the chest your hitting. I got the seat alittle lower so that the handles are lined up with my upper chest(right under my neck) so when I press outward THATS exactly what im hitting. I got alittle wider grip on the machine so the FOCUS is mostly on the outside upper portion of my chest. Now if you want to hit the lower part if your chest youd move the seat so its alittle up and the handles line up to your lower part of your chest(about around where your nips would be) If you want to hit the middle for more overall development line those handles up to your mid chest. Pretty simple right, just line those GODDAM handles up and RIP IT! I hope this info helps and teaches people out there who are WILLING and WANT to learn💪🏻⚔️

I got the famous question today “how do you stay motivated?” I still wonder that about other people myself. All we see is everyone’s highlight reel here on Instagram. No one posts about the shitty times. This is the best way i can answer that question:
Lots of times I’m not motivated & I don’t want to go at all! The hardest part is just getting there, once I’m there I’m always so happy I went. For me, I changed my perspective. I tell myself it’s not a choice every day if I want to go or not. I tell myself I have to go. No excuses. It’s like work! Are you just not gonna show up when you don’t feel like it??? Of course not, you go because you know you have to. Do you want to get paid? Yes, so you go to work. Same thing with the gym! You have to show up to make any sort of changes or progress. If you want it, you have to work for it... motivated or not. 🙌🏼 ...
