Anyone else feel extra fierce when they wear all black to the gym⁉️Had a hardddd glute intensive leg day + 20 minutes on the spin bike. Oh, and @heyhannahashen changed my life when she told me that there is a @onepeloton app... yesssss!!! Taking big advantage of their 14 day free trial period and extending my Peloton obsession back home! 🖤 #runnernotrunning.

Da für mich morgen ein 10 KM Test-Wettkampf ansteht, gab es heute nur eine kleine gemütliche 35 Minuten Jogging-Runde, 5x 100 m Steigerungen und Dehnen im Anschluss.

Früh morgens lässt es sich bei dem Wetter wohl am besten Laufen🥰!
.
Leider vertrage ich den Wetterumschwung gerade nicht so gut und habe tagsüber mit Kreislaufproblemen zu kämpfen. Das schafft mich gerade etwas😣!
. 
Mal schauen, ob ich morgen bei 31 Grad überhaupt an einem 10 km Wettkampf teilnehmen kann.

The Body Achieves What The Mind Believes : something I often repeat to myself when I’m running long distances and need that extra push. Mental strength is just as important if not more important than physical endurance ✨ 
Which I will definitely be needing for the @idbifed_mumbaihalfmarathon on Sunday 🏃🏻‍♀️✨ I think my preparation could’ve been a lot better than it is #honesttruth 
In addition to running with stomach cramps and PMS (#girlproblems : much needed post coming up on this topic) ✨

But like a very wise running friend mentioned : half your battle is won by just showing up ✨ #justdoit ✨
