Cocinar para toda la semana el domingo no es imposible 👩🏽🍳 El método del #batchcooking nos permite cocinar más sano y tener mucho más tiempo libre 🙋🏽♀️ Cuando no tenemos tiempo entre semana para cocinar lo que nos salva la vida es tener cosas ya hechas 👌🏻 aunque sean unos básicos: un poco de arroz, unas legumbres, algunas verduras, etc. 👉🏻Para esto dedicar un día a la semana o aprovechar cada vez que vayamos a hacer algún plato, hacer de más y guardar para otro día 😉

🔸Habas con cebollita y jamón
🔸Verduritas pochadas con ajito y perejil

👉🏻De aquí comemos los 3 y nos dura hasta media semana más o menos.

So I wanted to come in and do a post to address the most common (FAQs) I usually get in respect to the fat attack challenge .
How much weight (in kg) can I lose on the challenge?
- It’s relative as body fat percentage varies from person to person . But if you are on the bigger side, you can lose between 7-10kg
I hate working out, is there anything else I can do?
-Yes! A diet built around a calorie deficit (included in the plan)would get you to lose weight too. But exercising would help create an additional deficit and increase your chances of losing weight. Also it’s good for your heart.
What happens after the 21 days? Won’t I gain it all back? -The goal of this challenge is not to have you lose all the weight in 21 days( you didn’t gain all the excess weight in 21 days) but to help you build an healthy routine around eating right and working out. You have to continue eating right and constantly exercising (3-5 times a week) to maintain your results .
Registration closes on Friday the 28th. Plans will be sent out on the 30th and we kick off on Monday the 1st

My little story. I have been overweight/obese for as long as I can remember. I have managed to lose weight in the past but never keep it off so I am now back to where I hate to be: big, flumpy, uncomfortable, large and fat. I hate the way I feel and I think I'm in the right mind set to change that. I'm looking at a small goal so I don't overwhelm myself. ⭐️Food prep⭐️ is literally saving my ass right now! Overnight oats take a whole 2 minutes to prep and save me a minimum of 20 minutes of children whining! (Plus they are a healthy breakfast or snack fuel full of nutrients.) Mornings are a tough gig, hungry toddler, thirsty baby and tired mum! I can scoop out this beauty, throw some things on top and the toddler and I are fed (I have the one handed eating sorted so baby can feed too!)
Experiment! This base is:
⭐️1/2 cup oats
⭐️3/4 cup almond milk
⭐️1/2 mashed banana
⭐️1 tbsp chia
⭐️1 tbsp peanut butter
