⋒A powerful morning routine doesn’t just happen. It must be designed and planned for.
👨🏼🏫Stanford Psychologist, BJ Fogg says that design trumps willpower. In other words, if you simply take a few minutes to design and set up the environment, then the decision has already been made for you.
💁🏼♀️You can lay out your running clothes out the night before so you don’t have to make the decision the next morning whether to go for a run or not. You can put your journal and a pen on your bedside table so that when you wake up you know already that 5 minutes of journaling is what you will do.
➡️It’s all about taking the decisions out of your morning. Stop exhausting your willpower to decide it for you. Instead, wake up knowing exactly what your morning routine looks like.
💫Your morning routine determines the quality of the 16, 17, 18 hours that follow. Design and plan for it.

Wertschätzung zu geben und zu erfahren ist ein wichtiger Baustein zum Glücklichsein im Job und im Leben.
Ich lege da ziemlich viel Wert drauf.
Wie sieht das bei Euch aus? Ist Euch das egal oder wichtig?
Gute Leistung, Gutes verhalten,... sollte meiner Meinung nach immer wertgeschätzt werden. Egal ob mit Gesten oder Wörtern wie zum Beispiel mal einem einfachen "Danke".

Self integrity. It just stuck out to me while I was doing some personal development. I’m the type of guy who will do what he says he will do for other people. If I make you a promise, I damn well and will do everything that I can to make it happen. But I don’t do that for myself. “ i’m going to wake up at 4:30 every day and the first thing I’m going to do is get my workout in! I have to take care of myself first before I take on the world!” How many times of I said that, and how many times have I failed? Just like right now I’m sitting here posting this when I should be working out. Oh, I will get my workout in. But it will be in the last hour that I can get a full workout in and rush to get showered and dressed for work. There’s no doubt in my mind that the small amount of weight that I gained since my 100 pound transformation would not be there if I kept my word to myself. The constant struggle of being my goal weight and a little fluffy every now and then would be no problem. And I would have met all of my fitness goals a long time ago if I had kept my promise to do more. Today, during my personal development, I’ve learned that the promises I make to myself is just as important as the promises I make to other people. Maybe even more so because as a coach I feel that it is important that I set the standard and that I’ll be the example for those who will choose to make me their coach. I’m gonna work on this. No more relying on the 100 pounds I lost a long time ago.
