Day 7! Oh wow, it's been a whole week of daily exercising! Today I've done 13 min aerobics, 8 min arms, 8 min abs, 8 min buns, 10 min stretch and now I'm sitting with my feet up the wall trying not to drop my phone on my face while typing 😂
🌹Breakfast and lunch: I ate a ton of nectarines and bananas for both these meals, until I wasn't hungry anymore 😂
🌹Dinner: gluten free corn pasta (boils in 11 minutes) with parmesan, blue cheese and some homemade vegetable stew (that I made last year and kept it in jars, with peppers, onions, carrots, rice and tomatoes) but you can add any sauce you like or keep it simple, with cheese, basil and olive oil. Good night! 💕
Ziua 7! Nu-mi vine să cred că a trecut o săptămână de exerciții zilnice. Azi am făcut 13 min aerobic, 8 min brațe, 8 min abdomene, 8 min fund, 10 min stretching și acum stau cu picioarele în sus, încercând să nu-mi scap telefonul pe față în timp ce tastez 😂
🌹Mic dejun și prânz: o tonă de nectarine și banane la ambele mese, până m-am săturat 😂
🌹Cină: paste din porumb, fără gluten (fierb în 11 minute) cu parmezan, gorgonzola și niște tocană de legume făcută de mine anul trecut (cu ardei, ceapă, morcovi, orez și roșii) dar merge adăugat orice sos vă place sau merg simple, cu brânză, ulei de măsline și busuioc. Noapte bună! 💕
Today’s dinner was a big salad with olives, sweet corn, cucumber, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and some Joghurt 🥰☀️ to be honest I only made it because I still had a lot of romaine lettuce in my fridge which I bought a couple of days ago... I really needed to use some of it cause I don’t want to through it all away 😌I still have a lot left so I think I’ll have some more tomorrow 😃✌🏼after dinner I also had some smarties, dates and a hot chocolate with soya milk 🙏🏼😍 ...
