1.Spicy Baked Chicken paired with chickpea pasta 🍝 + avocado 🥑: Made 2 chicken breast, recipe: Cook the 2 chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat for 5 mins on each side. While it cooks, mix in a bowl 1/4 cup hot sauce + 2 tbsp coconut aminos + 1 tsp garlic + 2 tbsp honey. Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray, heat the oven to 400F. Add the chicken breasts to the baking pan and then coat the chicken with the mixture and bake for 20 mins. 1/2 avocado 🥑 + chickpea pasta with a little bit of olive oil and seasoning on top

2.BBQ chicken 🍗 : heat a skillet over medium heat and once it’s hot, add a little olive oil. Add 2 chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side. Then transfer to a bowl and take two forks and shred the chicken. Once it’s shredded, add 1/2 cup BBQ sauce and mix together. Add to 2 romaine lettuce cups and then I added onion and tomato 🍅 . Paired with nacho chips + 1/2 avocado 🥑 .

INGREDIENTS (Servings 4):
•	1 lb. shrimp thawed, drained and patted dry with paper towel.
•	1 tablespoon olive oil.
•	1.5 avocados diced.
•	Salt and pepper to taste.
•	1-2 tablespoon red onions small diced.
•	1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro.

Dressing:
•	3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil.
•	3 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime juice.
•	1 teaspoon ground cumin.
•	1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
•	1/4 teaspoon Fresh cracked pepper.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.	To cook the shrimp, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook until the shrimp is opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
2.	To make the dressing, use a bowl large enough to hold all the ingredients. Whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, cumin and salt.
3.	Transfer the cooked shrimp on top of the dressing, add the avocados, red onions and cilantro. Gently combine all the ingredients with the dressing in the bowl.
4.	Serve at room temperature or chilled on its own or with butter lettuce.

People have asked “how do you stay skinny while you’re eating all that fattening food?” First, working out 3-4x a week. But mainly, we try to follow the 80/20 rule! Here’s how it works:

About 80% of our meals & snacks are ONLY protein & veggies. No grains, starches, or sugars. Minimal dairy & fruit. The other 20% are whatever we want, aka the treats you see on IG!

While routines are harder to keep on the road & we have gained a little weight since we started traveling, this simple guide to healthy eating generally works for us & gives us to flexibility to enjoy the more indulgent food we love!

About 80% of our meals & snacks are ONLY protein & veggies. No grains, starches, or sugars. Minimal dairy & fruit. The other 20% are whatever we want, aka the treats you see on IG! .
