I am right in love with their cold brew coffee latte protein powder - it tastes so much like a coffee frappe itโ€™s hard to only have one shake a day! I recently asked you guys what types of desserts/snacks you wanted to see recreated in a more macro friendly version. A lot of what you guys said I already have somewhere on this page. Here is a collection of some of them all in one place. .

CHOCOLATE PROTEIN FROSTY. .
Mix everything in a high powered blender until smooth. MAKES 3. 182 CALS. 23g C | 18g P | 2g F each. .

PROTEIN STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKES. .
Preheat oven 325F. Mix together protein powder, coconut flour, stevia + baking soda. Melt the coconut oil, beat egg. Mix egg, milk, & coconut oil. Stir until dough forms. Line a baking sheet & spray with oil. Make 6 drop biscuits. Bake 10 minutes. Cut in half, top whip cream, strawberries.
MAKES 12 HALVES. 110 CALS. 6.9g C | 6.3g P | 6.4g F for 2 halves. .

BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS. .
Put all the ingredients minus chocolate chips in blender and pour in muffin tin. Top with a few chocolate chips. Bake 400F 8 minutes.
MAKES 24. 100 CALS. 7.5g C | 2.9g P | 6.5g F each. .
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE BREADโ €
.
Preheat oven to 375F. Stir the dry and wet separately then mix the dry stuff into the wet. Use a cookie scoop to make balls and bake for 15-17 minutes
MAKES 11. 684 CALS. 95g C | 22g P | 24g F total. .

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES
.
.
Preheat oven to 350F. Drain beans, rinse, dry. Mash beans into a paste. Mix wet ingredients. mix the dry ingredients separate. Add the dry ingredients and half the chocolate chips to the wet and mix to incorporate. Spray a baking sheet with oil. Use a small cookie scoop to create little balls of dough. Press into shape and top with remaining chips. Bake 8-9 minutes.
MAKES 24. 27 CALS. 4.7g C | 0.8g P | 0.6g F each. .

PERFECT CHOCOLATE DREAM ANGEL BAKE:
.
Preheat oven to 300F. Beat egg whites (138g liquid whites), vanilla, & baking powder until stiff peaks form. Add stevia, cocoa powder, applesauce & casein. Pour into a greased 8x8. top with chocolate chips. Bake 20 minutes. 430 CALS. 43g C | 42g P | 10g F for the whole pan. .

Here is a collection of some of them all in one place. . . CHOCOLATE PROTEIN FROSTY. . Mix everything in a high powered blender until smooth. MAKES 3. 182 CALS. 23g C | 18g P | 2g F each. . . PROTEIN STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKES. . Preheat oven 325F. Mix together protein powder, coconut flour, stevia + baking soda. Melt the coconut oil, beat egg. Mix egg, milk, & coconut oil. Stir until dough forms. Line a baking sheet & spray with oil. Make 6 drop biscuits. Bake 10 minutes. Cut in half, top whip cream, strawberries. MAKES 12 HALVES. 110 CALS. 6.9g C | 6.3g P | 6.4g F for 2 halves. . . BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS. . Put all the ingredients minus chocolate chips in blender and pour in muffin tin. Top with a few chocolate chips. Bake 400F 8 minutes. MAKES 24. 100 CALS. 7.5g C | 2.9g P | 6.5g F each. . CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE BREADโ € . Preheat oven to 375F. Stir the dry and wet separately then mix the dry stuff into the wet. Use a cookie scoop to make balls and bake for 15-17 minutes MAKES 11. 684 CALS. 95g C | 22g P | 24g F total. . . DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES . . Preheat oven to 350F. Drain beans, rinse, dry. Mash beans into a paste. Mix wet ingredients. mix the dry ingredients separate. Add the dry ingredients and half the chocolate chips to the wet and mix to incorporate. Spray a baking sheet with oil. Use a small cookie scoop to create little balls of dough. Press into shape and top with remaining chips. Bake 8-9 minutes. MAKES 24. 27 CALS. 4.7g C | 0.8g P | 0.6g F each. . . PERFECT CHOCOLATE DREAM ANGEL BAKE: . Preheat oven to 300F. Beat egg whites (138g liquid whites), vanilla, & baking powder until stiff peaks form. Add stevia, cocoa powder, applesauce & casein. Pour into a greased 8x8. top with chocolate chips.
