I often get asked questions regarding these 8 things, and if their true or not when it comes to either your lifting or nutrition.

The 8 things listed above are not true! -
You DON’T need to confuse the muscles and program hop every week.
-
Eating carbs after 6 PM will NOT make you fat. Only too many calories over time will do that.
-
You do NOT need to constantly train to failure.
-
You SHOULD be taking at least 1 rest day a week.
- 
Sleep is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT for growth.

You DO NOT HAVE TO eat within 30 minutes of your workout.

Low reps and high rep BOTH help build muscle.

The pump is nice, but is DEFINITELY the most important thing.

Don't fall for these myths. Believing in these myths really could set you back from reaching your full potential.

So vieles passiert und jeder macht Dinge falsch wir machen das oft gar nicht bewusst aber wir wissen danach, es war falsch 🙄 Egal was es war wir können es nicht ändern wir sollten deshalb nicht in der Vergangenheit verweilen sondern nach vorne gucken und das beste drauß machen! Wie sagt man so schön: Aus Fehlern lernt man und nächstes mal sollte das nicht mehr passieren (es gibt auch Ausnahmen)😋 Wie dem auch sei 😁 Bleibt immer am Ball, dann wird das alles wie ihr es gern möchtet 💪🏼

Es läuft immer besser der Muskelkater ist enorm aber mit der Zeit komm ich wieder rein und kann immer mehr Gas geben 😁🔥
