I woke up in the middle of the night because of this....🙈👇🏼
My mind was racing about collabs, content, emails, deadlines.... and I realized I've had enough. I turned those thoughts off and went back to sleep. Something I HAVE NOT been able to do in the past 6 months.
I have reached the next level of resilience. This is what it feels like to get more resilient. You feel stress, anxiety, judgement, anger, etc until you are done feeling that way and ready to move on.
From there, you start caring less about the things that used to get your mind going on a frenzy. It feels like you are finally free of the things that have been limiting you.

I’m thinking about. . .FOOD 🤩!! But not just any food - THANKSGIVING🍂 types of foods! Not only is it next week (which idk where this month went 😳) but it’s going to be @mattmullerfit & I first attempt of hosting it so this should be entertaining 🙃💙
Slowly finalizing ALLLLL the yummy things we shall have (🍗🥂🥧🌽) but anyone have some recommendations I’m all ears 🤓🖤🤙🏼 ...
