I have always loved oatmeal raisin, just as much as chocolate chip, no cookie discriminating over here 🍪🍪🍪So I just had to try out @thehealthyhaff OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIE recipe ... texture & taste was prime👌🏽 🔻
1 1/2C rolled oats
1C oat flour
2 eggs (she used flax eggs)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda 
1/2C raisins
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4C coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla (she did 2 tsp)
1/4C apple sauce
1/4C maple syrup •Combine ingredients, starting with wet and adding in dry, scoop batter into cookies on tray lined with parchment
•Bake for 20 minutes at 350!.

1.A wholefood lunch idea 👉 strawberries and raspberries, cucumber slices with guac, salad with romaine lettuce and seasoned shrimp 🍤 ⠀
2.Pistachios😍 and fresh raspberries and snacks. With lunch Grilled courgettes with cheddar cheese cubes 🧀 with peppered salami and rocket salad.

3.Salmon lunch 👉 berries, 2 eggs and a kale salad with crispy salmon, cucumbers and tomatoes.

4.Delicious Low Carb idea: cucumber pinwheels with goat cheese and prosciutto. Not forgetting dark chocolate 🍫 steamed broccoli, and an arugula salad topped with tomatoes!

Today’s reminder to myself: don’t cry over broken yolk. don’t feel bad for “wasting” time laying on the couch after some tiring shifts. don’t forget that your own worst enemy is living in your skull and normal everyday people don’t think all of the horrible things about you that you do. .
The recurring self deprecating sound track running through so many of our brains is not how other people think of us and I’m trying my hardest to speak nicer to myself up there!! .

wild salmon filet seasoned with honey chipotle seasoning+ pink Himalayan sea salt and pepper. ✨Salmon Tutorial on my insta story, but here are the step by step instructions✨Drizzle a little avocado oil on a pan. Add salmon skin side up and cook 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Flip onto its skin, cover the pan and finish cooking 6-8 minutes (I usually do 6). Peel skin prior to serving ✨Serve on top of massaged kale (freshly squeezed lemon + Caesar dressing, nutritional yeast and pepper) + avocado and roasted crispy broccolini 😍

First full day of trying EESP and a way of eating that fits with how I eat, I've tried to tailor everything I've planned to how I would eat, low starch options and then using gluten free options for my hex b (or use it for oils or nuts). Felt like a good day so far, felt full and enjoyed what I ate, I have done a massive food shop including a big old #hinchhaul and feel very chuffed with myself 😊 #slimmingworld #sp #eesp.

the simplest meal to make in a pinch. i always have @butcher_box wild caught salmon in my freezer, it takes only 30 min to thaw and even less to make!

DIRECTIONS:
pre-heat oven to 375. drizzle avocado oil on salmon & season w/ sea salt, granulated garlic and a little pepper. place fresh slices of lemon on fish and bake in oven for 20ish minutes or so depending on thickness of fish. 
i topped mine with mango salsa that i found at Whole Foods and served crispy brussel sprouts with it on the side 👌🏻simple yet so delicious! #nurturingbodyandmind.
