On mondays, we eat chocolate 🍫 another chocolate porridge (half oats, half quinoa flakes again) before the gym today 💪  I have to be serious about those core workouts, now that running season has started for me. Hope you all have an amazing day! .
➡️Dets: 1/4 cup quinoa flakes, 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 mashed banana, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, 1/2 tbsp turmeric cooked in about 2 cups water and 1/2 cup almond milk until creamy. Topped with banana, frozen berries, almond butter and some granola.

FEARING “UNHEALTHY” FOOD?

📖 In the past I have been guilty of fearing so called “junk” or “unhealthy” food because I was taught to believe that those foods were intrinsically bad for me and terrible for my health
✨ At one point, I feared everything - from oil, and chocolate to bread and avocados. These foods are far from being a health hazard, and yet I could not bring myself to allow myself to eat them because of some fake claims I had heard about them
😓 What hurts me even more is that every day I get messages from people who tell me they’re currently going through similar things, and from someone who has come out the other side and who now eats chocolate, biscuits, oils, fats, sugar and all the rest of it on a DAILY basis - I wish I could make you all instantly understand just how irrational and pointless these fears are
⚡️ Food is food. It is fuel. Nothing more, nothing less. We have digestive systems for one sole reason: so that bodies know exactly how to process and fully digest ANY food we give it. They know what to do. We will not die and become sick and fall apart if we only eat the “cleanest” and “purest” foods. We are able to eat all foods - so why shouldn’t we?
💕 I can honestly and truthfully tell you from my experience that FOOD WILL NOT HURT YOU! For the longest time I was insanely scared of chocolate - but I have eaten a bar of chocolate every day for the past two weeks and nothing has changed. I used to be terrified of oil - yet now I can go out and eat oily soup and oily burgers with my friends without any problems. My body hasn’t changed, my health hasn’t changed - I am just happier and more carefree
🤛🏽 It’s hard, but we CAN do it. You don’t have to live a miserable life of eating only 3 foods for the rest of your life - and the more you restrict yourself from the foods you want to eat, the more your body will yearn for them and crave them in the future. Balance is key, and moderation is ALWAYS the aim!.

Vanilla oatmeal (makes 1 bowl)

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup plant mylk (I used almond)
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp maple/rice syrup

Blueberry chia jam

1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp chia seeds

Add oats, plant mylk, vanilla and maple syrup to a small pan and heat gently until thick and creamy. Prepare chia jam by adding all ingredients to a small pan and bringing to a gentle simmer. Cook for 5-6 minutes until thickened..

• Berry Vanilla Pudding •
ohhh, I was craving this delicious vanilla pudding for quite some time so I decided to make it🤗 I used oat- & almondmilk for base and sweetened it with Xucker.
Normally I‘m not a huge fan of artificial sweeteners or unnatural sugar alternatives but I didn‘t want to use processed sugar so I thought it would be a good alternative.
I topped it with frozen blueberries and blackberries& shredded coconut and actually the blueberries tasted amazing in combination with the vanilla pudding. Blueberry-Vanilla-Pudding 😍♥️
sometimes you gotta treat yourself.😋
the only ingredients of the pudding pulver I used are starch and vanilla. Watch out not to buy one with many additives or milk ingredients if you want it as natural as possible and plantbased.
I started my day with some early morning flow vinyasa yoga 🧘‍♀️ feels so good! 😍☀️

Self-destruction doesn’t always look like taking too many pills or cutting your skin open. Sometimes it’s drinking coffee when you know caffeine gives you panic attacks. Sometimes it’s crossing the street without looking both ways. Sometimes it’s showering with the water a little too hot. Sometimes it’s walking out without sunscreen in scorching heat and not wearing enough when it’s freezing out. Sometimes self-destruction is a subtle decision like eating less cereals on purpose while everyone around you applauds you for eating carbs. Self-destruction isn’t always physical mutilation, mostly it’s masked as little things so never assume what someone may be going through just bc they don’t show you visible signs of suffering.

Es fühlt sich plötzlich nach einem ganz anderen Leben an und alles erscheint noch etwas ungewohnt. Heute mal ein Schoko Porridge mit Heidelbeeren aufgekocht 😌 Und Leute, das schmeckt so unglaublich gut 😍 
Das Rezept ist ganz einfach:
- Haferflocken - Wasser - 30g Schoko Whey (oder eine andere Sorte) Das ganze dann einfach auf dem Herd in einem Topf aufkochen und kurz vorm Schluss Heidelbeeren dazu geben :-) Danach toppt ihr es mit euren Lieblingssnacks.
