Ya gal won the @findmypersonaltrainer.ig competition!😋😝 After my @missswimsuituk competition, I’m going to try my hardest to focus on size and strength and after looking into @msc_nutrition and what their products are about I am so so so pleased to have won all of these awesome products!! Check out their page! If you’re weight training or doing any sort of sport related fitness, they’d be perfect for you! They’ve got awesome reviews and people know I’m a little uneasy about trying new supplements, so this was super reassuring.

The competition was actually on @findmypersonaltrainer.ig and I’ve followed these guys for ages! They’re a UK based company that specialise in providing specific PTs in your area. Basically like a PT directory! You put in your postcode and what you wish to gain from your training and up pops the best trainers in your area!! It’s an awesome platform and gives great scope and recognition for PTs! Thanks so much guys, I actually can not wait to get started with all of this 😋😋❤️❤️

2️⃣ Kneeling hip thrust with overhead plate press 
3️⃣ Plate rows
4️⃣ Double plate swings 
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, back to back. Then repeat 4 times.

Going to use today's post to give a big shoutout 📣 to Alan. This man had a stroke in 2012 that completely changed his life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The stroke resulted in Alan losing complete use of his left arm arm and it also effected the way he walked 🚶(often dragging his leg rather than lifting and planting with a knee bend).⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I first started training Alan in January 2016. The goal was to improve his quality of life by making things, such as walking, easier. We also did some work on his balance and building him a stable base. Unfortunately, after 4 months of training, Alan broke his hip 🚑 whilst on holiday ☀. He then messaged me 10 months after receiving surgery and I started to work with Alan again. He was in pretty bad shape. Breaking his hip set him back even further. On his first session back I timed 🕒 how long it took Alan to walk around the gym. His time was just over 8 minutes.

18 months on, Alan now does the same lap in just over 2 minutes; his leg strength 💪🏽 and balance have improved dramatically; and whilst working on his cardio, his blood pressure has decreased meaning he's now much less likely to have another stroke 😁. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This man outworks everyone. He gives no excuses and he's 61 years young! Forever inspired. 🧠➡♿.
