8 weeks doesn’t just need to be measured by time. I’m measuring the last 8 weeks in: 🏋🏼‍♀️ 8 bloody hard sessions with @short.sharp 💪🏼 28 visits to the section of @puregymofficial I would never otherwise have entered. Apparently gyms aren’t just about cardio?! ⚖️ over 1 stone in weight loss 📏 over 3 inches lost from my waist 🥓 240 rashers of bacon eaten (that’s a whole piggy worth of bacon) ⏰ 24 5am alarms 👗 countless outfits that didn’t fit, that now do! Hello, new wardrobe.

Regardless of how you measure it, I’m pretty proud of the last 8 weeks and not ashamed of my #humblebrag This is only the start, but for the moment this is my #feelgoodfriday (unless you ask me at 5.05am, I still haven’t worked out how to be chirpy at that time in the morning)

 Lil leg workout, had a brief session, did my programmed deadlifts and a couple accessories...
- * cable squats, I only did 2 sets because I go really heavy (currently 64kg) *

Recently I've really just embraced my passion for lifting and I know it sounds cheesy but as soon as I get to the lifting rack I just get so pumped and hyped up 😂 Its an addiction 🤯

Gonna do my weekend session and then see about a deload week 👀
