It was a wonderful final day of the Think! Plan! Do! Bob Bailey conference, discussing the future of animal training and reinforcement applications across all fields. It was an absolute honour to share a drink with Brad Breland (Keller and Marian Breland’s son) and discuss the early history of operant conditioning from his perspective. Great conversations with wonderful and inspiring colleagues and mentors. Stretching knowledge and taking learning opportunities at every chance possible is important to us, to keep learning and growing. #bobbailey#simonprins#brelands#operantconditioning#animaltraining#phungluu#scienceoflearning ...
