Like, wtaf probably the longest time i’ve consistently dieted for 🧐 4kg down from week 1 & feeling pretty darn good! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don’t get me wrong i’ve slipped up a couple of times but overall it’s been a pretty successful cut so far 🙌🏽 After this weekends check ins i’ve decided not to adjust anything with training or diet so we stick to: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍎 1,750 cals | 175g protein, 175g carbs, 39g fat
💪🏽 4/5 weight training sessions a week
💦 6 cardio sessions a week
👟 20,000 steps a day ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My main focus this week is to stay hydrated & ensuring i actually track everything i eat as the odd handful of cereal while dinner cooked DOES TECHNICALLY COUNT G 🙃 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Feeling pretty hungry most of the time now, i get major head rush if i pick things up too quick & people are pissing me off a lot easier🙄 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
BUT it’s kl because sugar free jelly, pepsi max & chewing gum is keeping me alive right now ✌🏽shoutout to those guys! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Restrizioni pre-gara, regime ferreo e tante rinunce, anche questo fa parte della vita di un atleta.
Sacrifici che diventano solo parte del percorso, che diventano solo tasselli in più per il risultato finale.
Non dico che sia facile, anzi non lo è per niente, ve lo assicuro!
Ma quando la voglia di raggiungere l’obiettivo è tanta, nessuna difficoltà diventa insormontabile...🔥
In ogni caso questa è la faccia di chi sta bevendo l’ennesimo frullato, ma avrebbe voglia solo della pizza più grande e l’hamburger più grosso mai visto!😩
