Day Two of #7daysofproperty
My strategy is to design, develop, retain and operate property for long term investment.
How is this achieved?
I source development sites in key areas, obtain planning permission and develop the property out to create exceptional living spaces for Lifetime Living. I aim to create places where residents won’t want to leave. There’s a big emphasis on facilities and resident experience in order to achieve this. All deals are done through my company, @volume.property , we fund our sites through a mixture of funding from Joint Venture Partners and Banks.
Everything we do is owned and branded under @volume.property.
The first picture is the press announcement of my plans for Birmingham’s first #coliving scheme, featured in the industry publication, @propertyweek.
We also have a number of other #studentaccommodation , #buildtorent and #coliving projects in the works. The first scheme under @volume.property will be delivered and ready for occupation in September 2020 - It’s the last few pictures - 68 Studio Apartments with a GDV of £7m+

Day One #7daysofproperty - I’m Anthony Laville, I’m a 30 year old Birmingham based property developer working on a bunch of #PBSA and #coliving development projects in the UK.
I started in property in 2010 when I setup a lettings company whilst studying #business at university. It’ll be #10yearsinproperty next year! I went on to let and manage thousands of students/ tenants over the years before stopping all of that just over 2 years ago to focus on #BigDealsOnly through my new company, @volume.property. Has it been a smooth ride? Of course not. I’m still learning everyday but I’m thankful for my experiences to date.

Redeemer Lutheran College is located on the border of Brisbane and Logan cities in Southeast Queensland in a semi-rural environment, presently with a Prep to Year 12 enrolment of approximately 1,000 students. International students are able to apply for Years 7-12.
The College is notable for its use of open space – with no building exceeding two stories in height and a network of paths crossing the grounds. @redeemercollege is a co-educational Christian school owned and operated by the Lutheran Church of Australia, Queensland District.
