Ready to Race Nebo Half Marathon tomorrow! 🍁🏃🏼‍♀️💨 And I have the best bib number! 😉 This is my 7th half marathon race this year already and I’m just as excited about it! Runners are weird right!? 😆 I’ve been asked a lot how many half’s I’ve run, and I lost count! I have all my medals and bibs still so one day I will go back and count them all! But for now I’m excited for Nebo tomorrow with so many friends! Who else is racing? Good luck and See you bright and early in the morning! 🏃🏼‍♀️ @runtasticevents.

Happy Monday! ☀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏔 All smiles for the first run done of my DOUBLE RUN day today. 8 miles (1:09 - 8:43 pace) zone 2 run and I never get tired of running with these views! Second run going down later and it will be EZ! Do you do double runs when training for a marathon? There are a lot of great benefits to them like: . 🏃🏼‍♀️Increased training benefits

I never set out to be an influencer, 🏃🏼‍♀️ I only wanted to share my running journey. But I’m so grateful for the path that has unfolded in front of me through running and am embracing it! 🙌🏻 From my very first marathon in 2008, (left) slow and soaked from rain and sleet, to 10 years later, a strong and happy marathon runner who learned a lot, worked her tail off and never gave up! 💪🏻 Qualifying for Boston and NY, and running in The worlds largest Major Marathon (New York 2018, right) and appearing on their emails and social media channels and more. I’m honored to be a face for the running and triathlon community! When I started running I only ever dreamed of being where I am now. .

It’s an honor to receive messages and DMs from so many of you daily saying I’ve inspired you. This is why I share. Even on days when I’m down and I feel like I’m oversharing or posting lots of stories or ads or unsure of what others think etc... I continue to share because of you. Rest day for me today but I have enjoyed this season and its nearly the end of the road for me this year, so looking forward to some time out and rebuilding for next year. It has been my best season no matter what happens in my remaining races. I am preparing for the National Aquathlon Championships and I don’t have any targets for it as I have achieved more than I thought I could when I first took Aquathlon’s up; with becoming European Champion being my highlight. I have worked hard over the years and I do believe great things can be achieved if you work hard at it. The Nationals will be tough and I know that getting back on the podium and defending my National Championships is going to be hard but whatever the outcome I will be happy with..
