Pictured: The beautiful Sgwd Ddwli Uchaf (Upper Gushing Falls) waterfall nestled in the gorgeous Brecon Beacons National Park in Wales, captured by @jimcosseyphotography using the #LUMIXGX8
Nearly 8,000 years of human activity have moulded these wonderful landscapes. There are traces of early inhabitants in the remains of prehistoric stone circles and burial chambers, Iron Age hillforts and Roman camps, particularly in the hills in the west of the Brecon Beacons. During the Norman conquest, the hills were peppered with castles. It really is a magical place - no wonder the legend of King Arthur is rooted deep in Welsh history 🏴 Really looking forward to seeing your pictures tagged with #LUMIXPhotosOfBritain ...

Happy Sunday! 😊😊
