🍷🧀“What’s the best way to transport a Charcuterie board?”🧀🍷 •
THAT is one of the more frequently asked questions to @ainttooproudtomeg 🤷🏼♂️
Here’s how they suggest going about it:
Use…..TIN FOIL. Yes, those shiny, happy aluminum sheets making this video a little less instagram-able! 🧀
Before I start adding ingredients, I place layers of foil under each board. Then, when I’m done, I just wrap it all up. It’s so much easier than doing it after the board is heavy. 🧀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Butterflies, anticipation, smiles and jitters…what do these descriptors remind you of?? If you guessed a first date, you are a smarty pants.👌🏼It’s been awhile since I’ve been on a “first” date but I’m getting all kinds of positive endorphins from @jeffcohncellars 2017 “The First Date” White Rhône Blend.
Made up of 60% Grenache Blanc and 40% Roussanne (a rare white wine, mostly found in Southern France) this blend is playful and intriguing, just like a good first date should be. Nectar and beeswax stand out on the nose with pear and floral hints mingling in the background. Full-bodied with an airy creaminess; including citrus notes, apricot and a dash of minerality. If you like Chards, you’ll be a fan of this wine.🥂
And fun fact: they use a concrete egg shaped tank to ferment and age the Grenache Blanc. The idea is that with the egg shape and the earth’s gravitation rotation, it creates a vortex inside the egg that stirs the lees on a constant basis as it ages…keeping the fruit bright, adding a touch of creaminess and bringing out the minerality. Happy #winewednesday my friends! #smallsips#whiteblend#smallproduction ...
WORLD CHARDONNAY DAY | Today is the day where I celebrate my favourite grape variety. Chardonnay, the oft-maligned white wine variety, is the grape used in producing one of the greatest dry white wines in the world - white burgundy. It is also one of the main grapes used in Champagne. What’s not to love about it?
For me, the more time Chardonnay spends in oak, the better. But I appreciate that not everyone loves the big, oak flavours. That’s why we have a range of Chardonnays from unoaked to lightly oaked to heavily oaked. Come in and taste the range!
P.s. There’s an awesome new Chardonnay imminent. Watch this space! ...
The absolute pinnacle of Argentinian Chardonnay.
"White Stones Chardonnay comes from a select 27 rows within Block 1 of the Adrianna Vineyard. The name refers to the ground beneath the vines which is covered with gravel - oval white stones." @catenawines ...
