Whatever you do, don’t give up. People want to see you fail. Disappoint them.
-25lbs and I didn’t step foot in a gym, I ate carbs every single day (love my carbs), I only did one workout a day (along with a 3 month break from exercise due to an injury!), I didn’t add extra cardio, I didn’t cut out any food group, I didn’t count calories. just followed the plan the way it was written and it changed my life. All it took was saying YES and making small changes every single day #babysteps . This is a journey, not a destination.

A couple of weeks ago at @ragnarrelay#SoCal , I was runner 5 - a position I’ve run at least 3 times. This year the course was a little different and I really loved seeing some different areas of Orange County than where I’ve run before. Let’s just say there are some areas of the relay course that are less than beautiful. But that’s the amazing thing about running - you can be running in a seemingly boring or not beautiful place and then stumble upon something great. There’s always something great to every run, whether it’s around you or within you. .
On a side note, I am SO excited to be heading to Richmond tomorrow night for @ragnartrail Richmond. I’ll be running with some of my favorite people and I just can’t wait! Who’s done #ragnartrailRVA before? Who will be there this year? #runswithsole#trailtuesday#ragnartrail ...
