Starting something new for me, myself and I 💕 If you’ve followed me for a while you will know that three years ago I was pretty much entirely a fitness blogger with my grid covered in ab selfies and the progress shots, gradually as life got busier it all faded out until Archibald would get more use out of my gym kit by sleeping on it in the box under my bed! I really miss it! I miss wearing my @sweatybetty gym kit, I miss the endorphins kick you get after a workout and I miss feeling strong and fulfilled after a good session. Having been lucky enough to have been #gifted Membership at @davidlloydbristollongashton I’ve got no excuse not to sort this out!
This morning I started with Yoga (we are going slow) but already looking forwards to a proper gym session next week!
Who else did workout then let it slip like i did?
And yoga or Pilates? I really don’t know what the difference is 🤦🏽♀️ ...
