데일리 룩도 찍을 시간이 없는 요즘..
몸이 더도말고 덜도 말고 하나만 더 있었으면 좋겠네요ㅠㅠ ...
Let’s do something different for the next few posts, starting with this one! I’m going to be posting some of my photographs of my friends in nature that really have stuck out to me. I’m going to tell my story on how I came about the photo, the thoughts of the photo, equipment, model information, and camera settings! For those who don’t know The Average Sportage is a photography journey for me first and foremost and the main reason for me hitting the road.
This photograph is a self portrait or as some people call them, a selfie. This photo was taken at the Imperial Sand Dunes in Southern California right at sunset. I was really inspired by the peaks and ripples of the sand dunes and really wanted a photograph capturing myself standing on the ridge looking at the sunset! To get these self portraits you have to have a tripod and a camera with a self timer! The hard part of these selfies is that you have to frame the composition without the subject (me) in it and focus it for them on there. In this instance I shot close to the ground to get the sand ridge creating a leading line to myself and picked an area I was going to stand and focused there. Hit the timer, run into place, and try not to look like a goober. Boom, you have a killer selfie or as I call them Super Selfies!!! Camera: @nikonusa D750
Lens: Nikkor 24-85mm 3.5
Tripod: @benro aluminum travel tripod
Camera settings: 1/160 at f9.0 ISO 250
